About Mind Body Therapy

Use
the Wisdom Within to Heal
Displaced anger, chaotic living environments, accidents,
and invasive medical procedures are all types of environmental
assaults to the neurological body. These developmental and
traumatic wounds manifest in the body through acute or chronic
tension, recurring injuries, habitual holding patterns,
hardwired emotional responses, and autonomic nervous system
activation.
Trauma is the body's physiological response to a perceived
life-threatening event. In the face of trauma, physical
reactions such as "fight, flight, or freeze" are
triggered, but may be overwhelmed or ineffective in their
programmed attempts to respond to threat. While the emotional
body often feels hijacked and or numb, the primary effects
of trauma are physiological. Traumatic memories can be safely
accessed by working through the truncated physiological
responses.
Why this works so well:
- Traditional
therapy focuses on the cognitive process and does not
tap into the vast wealth of information held within the
body.
- Lead
us directly to core materials.
- Designed
to assist the body in releasing physical anxiety, root
cause of most symptoms.
- Helps
consumer break out of old holding patterns, stuck interaction
patterns.
- Direct
accessing concerns on a physiological level often decreases
the number of sessions needed to eliminate symptoms.
What
Happens
- Healing
relationship, that teaches directed mindfulness.
- Reorganization
of physical, emotional, spiritual and intellectual responses
to the learning lessons along the path.
- Track
the body wisdom to access innate healing potential.
- Unblocking
of habitual patterns of stuck emotional interaction within
ourselves and each other.
- Wholeness
of your potential bursts forth.
- Integration
of all your resources can be utilized to break out of
the old holding pattern and live life to the fullest every
single day.
